How much blue die number 14, Potassium Benzoate or Aspartame do you really need in your daily diet? Probably none. But then someone thought to throw in the word diet. Suddenly people think "hey, it says diet so drinking this must actually cause me to lose weight!" Never mind that it never actually said that there was anything good for you in it.
